Pinnacle has partnered with a dynamic organization that is in the Program Management field and caters to companies within the government and retail industries. Our client provides a portfolio of services ranging from retail remodels to innovative technology solutions to facility management solutions. They are hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate to track, receive and document all deliveries, inbound and outbound freight, manage inventory, order and deliver supplies to their designated customers.
This direct hire position is available immediately!
Essential Functions
- Manage, order, and deliver supplies to designated clients.
- Pack and assemble all materials for secure delivery including production of delivery labels.
- Address customer complaints and resolve problems within in timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a physical inventory of stocked materials and equipment.
- Maintain a log of all receivables and deliverables.
- Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures.
- Be the last line of defense before orders reach the clients.
- Preparing products for shipping and ensuring accuracy against packing slips.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma is required; College degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in logistical support, materials management, shipping, and receiving is required.
- Certified Forklift Operations training is preferred.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
- Successfully complete drug screening, background check and physical capacity test.
