The hospitality division of Pinnacle is currently searching for a Bilingual Recruiter to join their growing division. This position will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing temporary associates and direct hire candidates within their hospitality clients throughout the Kansas City area.

This full-time position is available immediately.

Essential Functions

Answering and directing phone calls from clients and temporary associates.
Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding associates.
Provide administrative support relating to payroll, timesheets, and on-boarding paperwork.
Client relations with helping schedule banquet events and working schedules.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

2+ yrs of customer service experience. Preferably in the retail or hospitality industry dealing with client companies and providing a high level of service.
Strong computer skills in MSOffice and various social media platforms.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
Bilingual skills desired but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals
