Pinnacle has partnered with a privately held, family-owned company that specializes in the manufacturing of precision parts, components and assemblies for a variety of industries. Due to growth, they are hiring several CNC Machine Operators with experience in 3 & 5 axis machine operations.
CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities
- The machinist sets up and operating a variety of 3 and 5 axis machines, cutters and work holding tools to produce precision parts.
- The machine operator calculates dimensions or tolerances, using instruments such as micrometers or calipers and portable CMM or FARO.
- The CNC operator reviews work instructions, standard procedures and set up sheets for the manufacturing of various products.
- Operating cutting equipment, grinding equipment and burr equipment is preferred.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1+ yrs of experience with 3 or 5 axis machines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
